Connect your DVR to the Internet
The Alien DVR Utilises TCP/IP protocol. Connection is made via an Ethernet (patch) cable to your router. A small amount of configuration on the router is all that is then required to connect to the DVR via the Internet (see our support page on networking a Alien DVR).
